Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Include clear photos of the product and packaging

• We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner’s quality guarantee.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If tracking shows an order as lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 20 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our shipping partner.
